Migration Assessment Changes from 1 July 2010

From 1 July 2010  NIA assessment criteria for General Skills Migration will include the requirement of IELTS Academic Test Report Form (TRF) Number.

On 1 July 2010 NIA assessment criteria for General Skills Migration will be as follows:

1、A formal qualification that is assessed at least as comparable to an Australian Bachelor degree.

2、Completion of at least 9 out of the 12 core knowledge areas at tertiary level. Each nominated occupation has 4 mandatory core knowledge areas. please refer to the table below.

IELTS Academic Test Report Form (TRF) number for validation that you have a band score of at least seven (7) on each of the four (4) components,speaking, reading, listening and writing.

Please note that a successful assessment is valid for two (2) years from the date of assessment.

NIA技术移民评估标准将自2010年7月1日变更如下：

1、申请人教育资历至少相当于澳大利亚学士学位；同时
2、申请人的资历必须包含以下12门核心课程中至少9门，且每个提名职业必须完成4门必修课程（如下表所示）

申请人雅思（学术类）成绩总分7分，且听、说、读、写四项单科成绩达到7分。

注：2010年7月1日前提交的申请仍按现行标准执行。
