Advocacy update: Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024 meeting The IPA will have the opportunity to engage with the Commonwealth Government again on 6 September 2024 to further advocate our position relating to sections 45 and 15(2)(c) of the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024, and we are very hopeful of a positive outcome.
